Artist presentation : Lou BONARED

Lou Bonared is a multidisciplinary artist working in painting, installations, performance and audiovisual. He grew up in Capbreton, France where he graduated and then started tattooing in 2017. Making a way into the modern tattooing scene, Lou’s work is recognized for it’s No Limit miasma.

Lou’s variety of works feeds a conceptual narrative menu, often odd to itself the works regurgitate layers of subconscious impact. A banquet of harmonious contradictions discussing identity, mental illness and society abjections.

Randomized situations, mundane absurdities as a way of animate and include the imperceptible and marginalized as a universal language.

Human condition is translated by subverted expectations ; a provocative and exciting way through a playground mined by broken mirrors. Fragmented perceptions and psychological impacts in language types are central themes.

As tragedy has it’s room in beauty, elegance remains in the most brutal esthetics. Lou’s art work reflect intensive consumption, it evokes movement of the time and human self-destructive acceleration while hope is breathing a smell of naivety.

Depicting massive identical crisis of individuals and the artist’s one self in a myriad of processes whispering in layers, heard from the bottom of a schizophrenic crater in constant excavation of itself.
